Mr. Peck is a results driven CEO and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of proven operational expertise, business development and M&A experience. Mr. Peck has founded and/or ran four companies that have had successful exits. He founded eReplacements in 2004 as a wholesale importer and distributor of replacement electronic products. He also worked with Kayne Anderson Private Investors as Chairman and CEO of Printer Essentials from 2004 to 2009. 

Prior to eReplacements and Printer Essentials, Mr. Peck founded PowerSourceOnline.com in 1994. PowerSource Online was the first ever subscription based internet trading exchange for buyers and sellers of computer parts. Mr. Peck sold the company to Aurora Electronics in 1997 and Mr. Peck purchased the company back in 1998 and re-sold the business to Mediagrif (MDF.TO), which went public on the Toronto exchange in 2000. 

Mr. Peck received a BS from the Wharton School and a BA from the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Jundt is a co- founder of eReplacements. Mr. Jundt is an entrepreneur with expertise in the areas of business development, product development, customer service and operations. He has successfully established many new partnerships and programs for the company. Prior to coming to eReplacements, Mr. Jundt was the Director of Sales for PowerSourceOnline.com, an online parts database connecting buyers and sellers of used computer equipment. Mr. Jundt graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor's degree in Business administration.

Mr. Reyna has been with eReplacements since December 2009. He is responsible for leading all operations at the company including warehouse functions and production. Mr. Reyna holds all team members accountable for production goals and helps drives efficiencies in the operation by utilizing his strict discipline and organizational skills. Mr. Reyna is also responsible for the company’s compliance of our R2 certifications by implementing and measuring strict quality control planning and production goals and standards for QC, repair, and recycling. Before eReplacements, Mr. Reyna was a Specialist in the US Army.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for eReplacements, Mr. Magalang oversees the company’s financial reporting, accounting, and human resource functions, and works closely with the management team to develop strategies to stay competitive in today’s changing market. He brings with him over 10 years of varied experience in business strategy, financial management, and business leadership, and as one of the newest members of the management team, he also brings new insights and ideas.

Prior to becoming a team member at eReplacements, Mr. Magalang was the CFO and VP of Finance and Accounting at numerous companies in the manufacturing, online retail, and healthcare industry. As a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas, Mr. Magalang holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Mr. Martinez has been Purchasing Manager at eReplacements since 2010. His expertise is purchasing and product management of computer related products. Prior to eReplacements Mr. Martinez was Director of Purchasing at Computer Products and Services, and Product Manager at Service Electronics. Both of these companies were primary repair parts suppliers for retail warranty coverage with customers such as SEARS and BestBuy. 

Mr. Martinez got his training in the United States Air Force Reserves and TxANG where he diagnosed and repaired aircraft flight control computers during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He moved to Hydraulics/Pneumatics for Operation Joint Endeavor out of Germany as well as during anti-drug efforts for Coronet Oak out of Panama. This blend of electronic and mechanical engineering training has been a unique asset for his current field.

Mr. Metzger has over 35 plus years of experience relating to a warehousing atmosphere ranging from entry level positions and up to warehouse management. Working in both the Midwest and the Southern part of the United States, has given him the insight, and understanding of what is happening in different parts of the country. As a graduate of Kemper Military Junior College with an Associates of Arts degree, the motto of “Nunquam non paratus”- never unprepared, has given him the vast readiness of anything is possible. Jack has been working in the Cellular Industry for the past 25 years with the likes of CTDI, Amazon and Bluum on all aspects of the new and refurbished products, giving the company a broad range of insights and experience.
 
While moving back to Texas in 2004, Jack is an enthusiastic member of the community and is an avid sand volleyball player, swimmer, and swim instructor in which he loves to do in his spare time.

Mr. Nguyen has been with eReplacements since 2014. He is responsible for managing all production teams to ensure that customer orders are supplied on time with the highest quality product as possible. He creates and deploys production policies and procedures as well as holds teams accountable to production goals by measuring each employee’s output on a daily basis.  
Before eReplacements, Mr. Nguyen was an assistant at his family-owned electronics business at which he developed unique skills that have become an asset in his current position.

Mr. Pandey has been with eReplacements since 2018. He is responsible for managing the teams that perform quality control and testing all of eReplacements inbound Apple products. He ensures timely production of customer orders and stock while maintaining conformance to quality and grading standards, production goals and reporting of test results.  

Before eReplacements, Mr. Pandey worked at both FedEx Supply Chain and SMS InfoComm for a total of 10 years. His job experience consisted of Quality Control, Imaging, Repair, Quality Assurance, Shipping and Receiving.

Mr. Adhikari has been with eReplacements since July 2017 where he manages the mobile device repair department. Niroj drives efficiencies and productivity on his team by following of all eReplacements’ strict policies and procedures including material planning and design. Most importantly, he maintains a safe work environment for employees. Prior to eReplacements, Niroj worked for Genco/FedEx Supply Chain for 9 years in the mobile device repair department.

Ms. Ramirez has been with eReplacements since 2018. She leads our customer service team overseeing customer support for all of our marketplaces domestically and internationally including Amazon, Walmart, BackMarket, etc. Ms. Ramirez is fluent in Spanish and English.

Mrs. Arduini has been Marketing Manager at eReplacements since 2011. Her expertise is graphic design and managing the company branding through the design of sales flyers, logo design, box design, web design, email promotion, social media, product photography and rich media content management. Prior to eReplacments Alicia was a graphic designer and production manager at Oxford Advertising, Krell Advertising, Merrill Lynch and AGRIS. Mrs. Arduini received a BFA degree from the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah Georgia.

Mr. Debeuckelaer is an accomplished full-stack developer specialized in software architecture, responsive web development, data integration,  back-end design and reporting.  Mr. Debeuckelaer founded JD Codelab to serve small and medium size enterprises with all their application development and maintenance needs.

Prior to helping eReplacements, Mr. Debeuckelaer was a Director of Application Development at JP Morgan for 13 years, specializing in high volume transaction processing and operational workflow systems. Before that he was Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, providing consulting services for Fortune 500 Financial Services Industry Corporations.

Mr. Loi has been with eReplacements since 2005. Mr. Loi oversees the network administration for eReplacements offices including desktop and server management and data security.
